Damaged packages

Higher Grounds is not responsible for packages that were damaged in transport or after delivery. To file a claim on damaged items, please contact the carrier or your local post office.ย

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ย *Return items must not be used or opened. We do not accept returns of Clearance items. Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. *We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
